Competitive Analysis Performing a competitive analysis is more than just a quick scan of the competition and the results you will get from us will be more than just a three or four paragraph summary. What can you expect from our analysis? A lot. We start the process by editing our comprehensive list of questions so the analysis is specific to you and your competition. These questions generally fall within the following categories--Visual Design, Usability, Content, SEO and we will also include a summary of overall performance. We then perform a full examination of both your competitors' websites or web applications and yours. The depth of the analysis depends on the scope and scale of your company, your competition and your overall professional landscape. The summation of all the cultivated information is then presented and discussed with you. We will explain our findings item by item, providing you with a detailed analysis of your professional landscape and what our strategic recommendations are for you moving forward. Strategic Planning When is the best time to redesign? What is the process for rolling out campaigns? Where and how can we generate word-of-mouth referrals? How should we begin to look at budgeting for design? How can we shift the perception of our company? We work with many of our clients to answer these and other questions from the top, down.
