CHI Builders needed their poster and brochure redesigned. We recommended a total redesign yet create a similar design for both pieces so viewers could identify each peice as part of a series if viewed on different occasions.

Visually, we strengthened and pronounced the red for impact and used a warm grey to surround and present the main photograph. The interior of the brochure's layout is clean, legible and designed for optimal line length, comfortable for reading and scanning.
